Grilled Prime Beef Flat Iron with scalloped potatoes, haricot verts in garlic butter & winter thyme & syrah reduction
Wild Alaskan Salmon In a puff pastry with wilted spinach & lobster tarragon sauce
Roasted Quails with polenta, grilled portabella mushroom & served with a sage & shallot reduction
Vegetarian Plate your choice of potato or polenta served with an abundance of fresh vegetables
